Terri DeNeui, DNP, APRN, ACNP-BC, is the innovative founder of EVEXIAS Health Solutions and Creator of the EvexiPEL Method. Johnny Peet, MD, FACOG

Dr. Johnny Peet, a board-certified gynecologist in The Woodlands, Texas, is a recognized innovator in gynecology and sexual medicine. Elizabeth DiMeo, MS, CNS, LDN

Elizabeth is a highly respected clinical nutritionist with over 25 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. She is a recognized leader in integrative medicine, combining her expertise in clinical nutrition with a deep understanding of nutraceuticals to empower healthcare practitioners and patients.  Elizabeth joined us this year as Director of Education while also serving as our clinical expert for the Nutraceuticals. B.J Ho, DO, FACOG

Dr. BJ Ho, a leading osteopathic physician and board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist in Phoenix, Arizona, combines traditional medicine with integrative and preventive therapies to empower patients to achieve optimal health. A Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Dr. Ho actively serves his community through hospital affiliations, professional organizations, and educational initiatives. Ryan Mainey, Education Facilitator for EVEXIAS Health Solutions, has worked in training, development and change leadership in the medical industry for more than 25 years. Over the last five years, Mainey has served as lead facilitator supporting collaboration and application of the innovative EvexiPEL Method for Practice Support Teams from all over the nation. EVEXIAS Activate Checklist

Getting Started

Before EVEXIPEL TRAINING
  • Check your email for your EVEXIAS welcome letter and activation links
  • Log in to each portal and set up your profiles
  • Log in to EVEXIAS Online and navigate to MyEVEXIAS
  • Confirm you have your EVEXIAS Activate appointment scheduled with your Practice Development Specialist (PDS). During your EVEXIAS Activate appointment, your PDS will order your marketing materials as part of your practice starter kit

Clinical Operations

Before EVEXIPEL TRAINING
  • Log in to the EVEXIAS Patient Care Platform. You can login to EVEXIAS PCP via EVEXIAS Online, by visiting EHR.EVEXIAS.COM, or by clicking here
  • Order pellets and nutraceuticals
  • Complete 30-50 patient lab draws

Marketing Operations

Before EVEXIPEL TRAINING
  • Collaborate with your PDS on office marketing set-up
  • Set up and experience EVEXIAS Connect. You can review your practice's custom QR codes under the "Marketing" tab in MyEVEXIAS
  • Set up EVEXIAS TV
  • Send EvexiPEL announcement emails to your patients

Launch

After Evexipel training
  • Review tray set-up and pellet insertion videos
  • Pellet your first patient
  • Communicate with your PDS regularly

Achieve 30 in 30

Must complete steps 1-3 prior to training to qualify

With the completion of EVEXIAS
Activate, you should have completed
labs on 30 patients before you arrived
at training to be on track for achieving
30 paid procedures in 30 days. This accomplishment sets the course for achieving 101 procedures in 101 days. 

When you achieve this goal,
you get a up to $3000 of your
EvexiPEL onboarding fees
reimbursed.

Event FAQ

You can view the event agendas by clicking the following links:

  • For guests not staying overnight: $25.00* (over 4 hours)
  • For valet parking: $45.00* for daily valet (over 4 hours)

*Plus 8.25% tax

Practitioners will take the exam electronically on Saturday. Please bring a fully charged tablet or smartphone. For exam preparation, you can review the following educational tools:

Yes, if you have not done so already, please sign and return your Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) by the Monday before your training event. If we do not receive your NDA, we will need to take additional time with you at check-in. Note: This is applicable to Practitioners only and not applicable to returning attendees or signers of the EVEXIAS Agreement.

The dress code for the education and learning events is business casual. For the Glass Cactus event, we encourage you to dress to impress! Be sure to stay warm and stylish with a jacket. Visit the EVEXIAS merchandise store for exclusive jacket options.
